Zhapu Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of steel hex nuts, hex bolts, socket cap screws and automotive parts.This company has more than 250 employees, covering a plant area of approximately 200,000 square meters. The annual output value amounts to USD80 million with yearly production capacity of 30,000 tons for nuts and 40,000 tons for bolts. Our products cover steel hex nuts, flange nuts, nylon lock nuts, welding nuts with sizes from M2.5 to M36 for class 4 to class 10, and steel hex bolts, socket cap screws and flange bolts with sizes from M3 to M39 for grade 4.8 to 12.9, around 80% of nuts and 40% of bolts are exported to main markets as Europe, America, Japan, Korea, South Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. By more than 40 years experiences in fastener manufacturing and excellent management & performance, it has formed an integrated process flow and introduced a serious of equipments such as world-class EBNER annealing furnace, SACMA forging machines, advanced heat treatment lines, automatic zinc plating lines, high-speed CNC machines, optical sorting machines, thread checking machines and perfect testing equipments. It has acquired ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, ISO45001:2018 occupational health, safety management system certification and IATF16949:2016 management system.
