Taiwan fastener export volume is more than 1 million tons in the first eight months, up 2.65% year on year. 

The export price is up 7% year on year. Based on this situation, there is an opportunity to exceed the 1.55 metric tons last year.

There is main reason for the increased export volume and increased price in Taiwan that the price of steel materials rose to a great height in the beginning of the year.

Taiwan fastener export volume accumulated 1.05 million metric tons in the first eight months, up 2.65% year on year, and the average export price up 7.03% to $2.632 per kg.
