In Sep. 29th, 2017, USITC made preliminary determination to anti-dumping and countervailing duty of SS flanges imported from China and India which made damage to industry in U.S.A.In the ruling, four members of USITC voted for it.

U.S.A Commerce Department predicts to make preliminary determination to countervailing duty in Nov. 9th, 2017 and anti-dumping in Jan.1st, 2018.

In Aug.16 ,2017, Coalition of American Flange Producers and its member, Core Pipe Products, Inc.和Maass Flange Corporation and Maass Flange Corporation applied to launch anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation to ss flanges imported from China and India.
