EU supports to reform the high tariff system for China products and ensures that the tariff is high enough to protect the European steel industry and solar energy industry.

In order to response the favorable requirement from China and reduce the impact on European manufacturers, European parliament approved to reform the tariff calculation method for anti-dumping.  The new EU law is expected to adopt a special formula for calculating anti-dumping duties.

The new law will be informed on the official newspaper of EU on Dec. 16.
